What kind of staging or promotions do you create in your store?

  1. In late July, our town has a big weekend fund-raiser. For the event, store has been bringing
    in Whitey Schmidt, a local cookbook author who uses Chesapeake Bay blue crab and other local food in his recipes. He has written seven cookbooks and brings with him three or four dishes for
    people to sample. We also make sandwiches to go and serve food on our outdoor patio that day and
    throughout the season, so summer is crazy for us.
